I attended a Night Shoot with some fellow photographer friends and a photo instructor named Efrain http://illuminateworkshops.com this past Friday night in Downtown Denver. It was a huge learning experience for me since I have not taken the leap to complete manual yet. The instructor got us started and then let us spend the rest of the evening experimenting on different architectual features we came across in the city.

I think what I learned the most was that a tripod is a night photographer's best friend and then the co-best friend would be the wireless remote. Both of these "friends" keep the camera from shaking. The result....a crisp, clear photo! This is just the start for me as a night photographer. I think that I have opened Pandora's Box and that the creativity will just flow and allow me to express myself in a whole new way.

Look out night...here I come!!!
